The chef prepares each dish in front of the diners, explaining the techniques, ingredients and culinary traditions of the Empordà while you sail past the most stunning coves of the Costa Brava.
The experience is designed for those seeking more than a simple boat trip: a complete immersion in Catalan gastronomy with locally sourced products selected directly from fish markets and local producers.

Each menu is crafted with seasonal, zero-kilometre ingredients. Among the stars of our tables on board you'll find:
- Palamós Prawns: Considered among the finest prawns in the world, caught in deep waters off the Baix Empordà coast. Their sweet, intense flavour makes them the star of any tasting.
- L'Escala Anchovies: Handcrafted following the centuries-old tradition of L'Escala's salt curers, these anchovies are a gastronomic treasure of the Alt Empordà.
- Regional Cheeses: From goat's cheese from inland Empordà to recuit de drap, a traditional Catalan dairy dessert served with local honey.
- Pals Rice: Grown in the rice paddies of the Baix Empordà, the perfect base for soupy rice dishes and paellas prepared on board.

How Does the Showcooking on Board Work?
The experience combines sailing and gastronomy in an unforgettable day:
- Boarding and welcome: We welcome you at the port with a glass of DO Empordà cava while the chef presents the day's menu.
- Sailing and first course: As we set sail towards the coves, starters are served: anchovies, cheeses, Iberian charcuterie and pa amb tomàquet.
- Live showcooking: Anchored in a cove, the chef prepares the main course before your eyes. Grilled prawns, soupy rice or fideuà are some of the star dishes.
- After-dinner and swim: After dessert, time to enjoy the sea: swimming in crystal-clear waters, snorkelling or simply relaxing with the views.

The chef on board showcooking experience is available from €110 per person, with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 diners. The price includes:
